What is the Kbis?
The Kbis extract is much more than a simple administrative document.
It constitutes the true identity card of a commercial company in France. Issued by the commercial court registry, it certifies the legal existence of the company and brings together all the information concerning it: status, directors, activity, registered office address, share capital, registration with the national business register (RNE), etc.
In practice, it is the only official document that proves that a company is registered and therefore authorized to carry out its activity.
